- The U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command Contracting Center (RDECOM CC) intends to increase the total amount by roughly $10 Million of the contract W91CRB-08-D-0067 for R4 Inc. 145 Wyckoff Road, Suite 304, Eatontown, NJ 07724. R4 is the only responsible source since this work is sensitive and is to be conducted with the resources embedded with units in the theatre of operations. The effort is for personnel to support PM Soldier Equipment (PMSEQ) and Director, Joint Trauma Analysis and Prevention of Injury in Combat (JTAPIC) with Administrative, Data Collection and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) efforts to include MANPRINT support, logistics policy/standards procedures, feasibility analysis, recovery and shipping support and data mining efforts. The contractor will assist in the recovery, documentation and execution of plans for the proper transfer of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) throughout CENCOM AO and various CONUS locations. Any interested parties that believe they can meet this requirement may give written notification to the Point of Contact below before September 2, 2010. Supporting evidence must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement, yet must be limited to 2 pages. Responses received will be reviewed, however a determination by the Government to complete the proposed effort based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, RDECOM CC will proceed with the effort to R4 Inc. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government and is for informational purposes only. The Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any private sector input as a result of this notice.
