Bell Helicopter Textron (CAGE 97499), Drawing 406-310-405 Revision J, Part Number 406-310-405-101. Approved source for this item is: Rexnord Industries (CAGE 77896). Origin inspection required. FOB Destination. Stocked item. IAW QAP RCA. Contractor First Article Testing and Certificate of Quality Compliance apply. First Article shall be conducted on 1 each sample. Item is Critical Safety Item, critical application, and non-commercial. Requested delivery is 168 days with First Article waiver. Requested delivery without First Article waiver is 168 days to delivery and test first article; 30 days for Government evaluation; 168 days for production delivery for a total of 366 days. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Solicited as Unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. The quantity is 915 each. Award from this solicitation can only be made for a domestically manufactured (U.S. or Canada) bearing and bearing components. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be September 8, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
