- W9124N-10-T-0040 SYNOPSIS The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-West, Presidio of Monterey has a requirement for the grounds maintenance at the Darby USAR Center, Barling, AR 72923-2684. The work consists of, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall mow both the improved and semi-improved areas of the Center, edge said areas, and shall pick up and dispose of trash, litter and debris as part of each mowing operation. All operations necessary to accomplish the work will be done in accordance with the project Scope of Work and Drawings. Solicitation number W9124N-10- T-0040 will be available on or about, 25 August, 2010. A site visit will be conducted for W9124N-10-T-0040, 2 Sep 2010, at 10:00AM. Site location is: Darby USAR Center, located at 11408 Roberts Blvd, Barling AR, 72923-2684. The primary Site POC is David Lenderman, at 501-771-8708. Proposals are due 14 Sep 2010, 3:00 PM PST This acquisition is a 100 percent set aside for Small Business concerns only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561730 with a size standard of $7.0M. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. Solicitation number W9124N-10-T-0-0040, will be available on or about 25 August, 2010 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov) and the Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/).
