- Solicitation FA4407-10-R-0016 with all attachments NOTICE TO OFFERORS: FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROJECT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION/RFP EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE RFP CLOSING DATE. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to demolish building 350. The contractor shall be responsible for the complete demolition and disposal of building 350. The building is approximately 220' x 70', 1 story, wood framed, metal sheeted, with asphalt shingled roof. Work includes demolition and disposal of structure, foundation, slab, concrete sidewalks/drives, and all interior utilities and fixtures. Project Magnitude is $250K - $500K This is a competitive best value source selection in which competing offerors past performance history will be evaluated on a basis approximately equal to cost or price consideration. The pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for 31 Aug 2010 at 1000 hours. Meeting will begin at Building 52 (Contracting Office), Scott AFB, Illinois.
