- The following changes have been made in the quantities on line items 2, 3 and 4 needed for this requirement: 2) Qty of 4 - US STYLE 3-PRONG POWER CORD; 3) Qty of 4- WHN10X-1-3;X EYEPIECE FOR BX, IX HI EYEPNT, RETSHELF, FN:22; 4) Qty of 2- WHN10X-H-1-3;10X EYEPIECE, FOC. BX, IX, HI EPNT, RETSHELFT, FN:2; his is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format of FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Part 13.5 as applicable and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued as a request for quotations. Submit offers on RFQNIAID10164. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC2005-43 dated August 2, 2010. This acquisition will be processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and is not a Small Business Set-Aside. Award will be based on: 1) Technical capabilities to meet the required specifications; 2) Price, 3) Delivery, 4)Warranty and 5)Installation. Delivery will be made to Bethesda, MD, 20892 within 30 days from receipt of award (ROA). The FOB point shall be Destination. This will be a firm-fixed price contract.
