- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER EXISTING NIST MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION IDIQ CONTRACTS, L&M Construction (SB1341-10-CQ-0003) and J&L Mavilia, Inc. (SB1341-10-CQ-0004) NIST's multiple award construction IDIQ contracts were competitively awarded. This project is being funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. One task order will be awarded will be awarded for the procurement of construction services for the installation of the Organic Photovoltaic Facility in Building 224, Rooms A330 and A332, at the NIST, Gaithersburg, MD campus. This is not a solicitation.
