- The National Park Service, Natural Resource Program Center, Natural Sounds Program, Ft. Collins, CO has a requirement for upgrade its existing NM SIMS software in order to streamline the importing of GIS and noise source data into the model software. This action is a small business set aside under NAICS code 541620. The solicitation is issued as a commercial item simplified acquisition utilizing the procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 13 with an estimated value less than $100,000.
