- Description
- The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region, has arequirementfor Wood Pole Inspection and Treatment support services. The resultantcontract will be a one (1) year firm fixed-price performance-based services contract. The services will be performed primarily in NorthernColorado/Eastern Utah with some work in Northern New Mexico. Thenon-personalWood Pole Inspection and Treatment support services include, but are notlimited to: all wood poles of the identified transmission lines beinspected,treated, or rejected in accordance with the contract. The solicitation isissued as a competitive 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. TheNAICScode is 32114 and the applicable size standard is 500 employees. Thesolicitation will be issued electronically on or about August 26, 2010 atthefollowing site: http://e-center.doe.gov/. Proposals will be evaluatedbasedupon the criteria stated in the solicitation.
