- August 24, 2010 RFQ-10-00402 The Bureau of Engraving and Printing is requesting quotations from contractors to provide: 1. Setting Wheel Set Complete Zeiser K10 Model Numbering Block (11 Digit) AAQ09156, quantity (15) (EA). Repair part for new Cope Press. (MRP105523) 2. Clamp Set Complete Locking Zeiser K10 Model Numbering Block (11 Digit) AAQ09156, quantity (60) (EA). Repair part for new Cope Press (MRP105537) 3. Spring Bar Zeiser FED Designation Block AAK05792. Repair part for new Cope Press. (MRP105520) NAICS code is 323119. Delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Loading Dock, D Street between 13th and 14th Street S.W. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; therefore a written request will not be issued. The request for quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ-10-00402. CLAUSES: The following FAR provisions apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-2 (Past Performance and Price), FAR 52.212-3, FAR 52.212-4, FAR 52.212-5, FAR 52.219-6, FAR 52.222-21 & FAR 52.222-26. In order to compete, interested parties must submit a quote by 17:00 pm EST on August 31, 2010 via fax at (202) 874-3135 or e-mail at Bernadine.Stewart@bep.gov Quotations may be submitted on a 1449 or company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, proposed unit price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUNS number and size status (i.e., small business, disadvantaged business or woman owned business). The source selection will be based on past performance and price. Interested offerors are encouraged to register at FedBizOpps (www.fedbizopps.gov ) for electronic notification of issuance of any amendments or changes to this notice.
