- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting quotes for furnishing all plant, labor, material and equipment for filling the cracks in the existing asphaltic pavement and placing an asphaltic seal coat with an aggregate cover coat over the pavement in complete accordance with the scope of work and wage determination. The project is located near Spring Valley, Wisconsin, which is approximately 50 miles east of the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area and about 40 miles west of Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Solicitation number W912ES-10-T-0101 is issued as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR Part 19. The work will be done in accordance with the scope of work. Item Number 0001 is informational: SEAL COAT ENTRANCE & MAIN DAY-USE ROADS AT EAU GALLE LAKE PROJECT. Item Number 0001AA is for 14,000 linear feet of CRACK FILLING. Item Number 0001AB is for 17,500 square yards of SEAL COAT. The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The associated NAICS code is 237310 with a size standard of $33,500,000.00. Offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry located at www.ccr.gov prior to contract award. A determination by the government to not award based on the responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the government.
