- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to solicit a Full & Open Competitive Procurement to acquire maintenance and repair of antenna drive system on 3.8m fixed antenna at the Alternate Master Clock in Colorado Springs, CO. The requested maintenance and repair will be performed on the two-way satellite communication link between USNO and AM, in an effort to achieve better stability between the Master Clock in DC and the Alternate Master Clock in Colorado. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a competitive basis for this requirement. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by the specified response date. The Navy intends to solicit for a Firm Fixed Priced contract. This procurement will be conducted as a 100% small business Set-A-Side. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice. The NAICS code is 334220.
