- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and no written solicitation will be issued outside of this notice. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Government intends to issue a fixed price contract and reserves the right to award without discussions.This solicitation document and its incorporated provisions and clauses are those in Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-41. Quotations in response to this solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 15, 2010 MST, and may be faxed to 406-247-7798, Attn: Arlene Dawson or mailed to Bureau of Reclamation, 316 N. 26th St, Billings MT 59105, or emailed to adawson@usbr.gov. Quotes must be submitted in original plus 2 copies. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. NAICS code is 561612 and the small business size is $18.5 million. Performance period is base year (1 Nov 10 to 30 Sep 11) plus 4 one-year option periods for a total of 5 years.
