- The Philadelphia District intends to award on a sole source purchase order with Amdyne, Inc under GSA contract GS-23F-0152N. to provide the necessary labor and supervision for 2 welding support service personnel in support of various mission related projects The work will consist of performing metal surface preparation of weldments, positioning fixtures and equipment, moving and setup of welding equipment throughout the shop, and general shop cleanup from welding shop operations. Contract Period of Performance is 60 Days from date of award. This notice is NOT a request for quotes. No contract will be made on the basis of this notice. However, all information received within three (3) calendar days after date of publication of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. Bonding is not required. All contractors are required to be registered in the DODs Central Contract Register before award as required by DFARS 204.7300. Information on obtaining registration may be obtained by phoning 1-888-227-2423 or by accessing the following Internet website: http://www.ccr.gov. The NAICS code is 33392 and the small business size standard is 500 employees.
