- The Joint Personnel Recovery Agency (JPRA) is conducting market research analyses in support of DoD and interagency personnel recovery (PR) operations. JPRA is issuing this RFI to identify active tagging, tracking, and locating (TTL) devices that can be provided to personnel at risk of becoming isolated from friendly control. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a request for proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this RFI. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the responding partys expense. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the U.S. Government to form a binding contract. This announcement is not to be construed as a formal solicitation. It does not commit the government to reply to information received, or to later publish a solicitation, or to award a contract based on this information.
