- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center intends to procure one (1) each Surface Profiler in order to support the Navy Post Graduate School in Monterey, CA. The requirements for the surface profiling device are as follows: Stylus with sub-angstrom resolution height control, stage with grooves in order to have a repeatable wafer positioning, large vertical range, easily exchangeable stylus, automated state with angular control, stress measurement capability, 3D scanning and mapping of wafers. A one (1) day installation and/or training at the customer site is also required. The request for quotes will be posted to www.neco.navy.mil on or about 31 August 2010. Lack of registration in the Central Contract Registration database will make an offeror ineligible for award. DFARS 252.204-7004 applies. Commercial procedures are being used for this procurement. Delivery will be to the Presidential Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA.
