Description

Landscaping Plans Statement of Work The 97th Contracting Squadron hereby issues the following combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a requirement will be competed as a 100% emerging small business set-aside. Solicitation number F1B3R10229A001 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. This acquisition is classified under North American Industry Classification System code 561730. Please ensure that the offeror's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) reflect the business size under NAICS CODE 561730. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be issued in writing. Altus AFB, Oklahoma has a requirement for: Landscaping at Wings of Freedom Park according to attached plan/statement of work. *all plants in plan may be replaced with "equal" *contractor must submit number and types of plants planned to be used IAW FAR 52.237-1, Site Visit (April 1984), a Site Visit shall be conducted on 27 August 2010 at 1000 or 10:00 AM CST. All perspective contractors who wish to attend the Site Visit MUST notify the contracting office NLT 3:00pm CST on 26 August 2010. Confirm your attendance to the site visit by contacting Lt Odie Freeman via e-mail at odie.freeman@altus.af.mil. To gain access to the Installation, arrive at the Altus AFB Main Gate no later than 9:45am CST on 27 August 2010; you will be provided an escort.
