- The Center for Coaster Fisheries and Habitat Research has a requirement for custom plastic field laboratory parts/items in accordance with the Statement of Work provided within the Solicitation. The requirement for one (1) each design and tool production mold for test kit, one (1) lot of est. 5,000 design and produce custom bottle or tubes, one (1) lot of est. 5,000 design and produce custom chopper/stiffere blades, one (1) lot of est. 5,000 design and produce rotary adapters, plus shipping and handling costs. This procurement is being solicited as "Competitive Procurement". The resulting purchase order will be issued as a "Firm-Fixed Price" purchase order. In order to comply with the debt collection improvement act of 1966, all contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for an award of a federal contract. For information regarding registration in CCR contact the CCR website at www.ccr.gov/index.cfm. The FSC for this is 6640 and the NAICS Code is 326199, small business size standard is 750 employees. No Defense Priorities and Allocations Systems (DPAS) rating is assigned. Copies of the solicitation will only be posted on FEDBIZOPPS. Telephone request will not be honored.
