- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10 Dayton Contract office intends make a sole source award to CJ Seto Support Services, LLC, a Small Business, for the services of field inventory and verification of the Dayton VAMC hazardous chemicals and materials, with submission of formatted data to the VHA CEOSH appointed representative for development of the exiting online Chemical Inventory and MSDS automated system. The Statutory authority for this sole source purchase is Title 10 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1) as implemented in the FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). The applicable NAICS Code is 541990, All other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services with a size standard of $7.0 million dollars. A Justification and Approval to procure using other than full and open competition is available upon request. Any interested parties, other than CJ Seto Support Services, LLC. A pre-solicitation notice will be publicized shortly, to advertise a competitive acquisition for these services.
