- AWARD NOTICE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SOLE SOURCE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT UNDER PUBLIC LAW 109-461. The G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center intends to award a sole source contract to E & B Contracting, LLC, 980 Anniston Avenue, Gulfport, MS to provide labor, equipment, and supervision to perform the work to Refinish Exterior Pre-Cast Panels. Work shall include preparation of surfaces and coating of pre-cast panels with Elastomeric Coating in accordance with approved manufacturer's instructions and the project scope of work. Areas to be covered include Bldg #1, Clinical Addition, and Nursing Home. The attached Justification foe Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) or Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Contract Award include rationale for this procurement.
