- This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA4608-10-Q-0146, in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, and is in accordance with provisions and clauses effective in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2005-23 effective 26 Dec 2007). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 424130, and the size standard is 500 employees. The proposed acquisition is unrestricted. However, small businesses, woman-owned, and disabled veteran-owned businesses are encouraged to participate by submitting quotes. The requirement is: - 20 cases of 8 oz foam bowls (20,000 bowls) - 25 cases of foam hotdog containers (12,500 containers) - 87 cases of 12 oz cup lids (87,000 lids) - 30 cases of 24 oz cup lids (30,000 lids) - 10 cases of 6" clear containers (5,000 containers) - 30 cases of 3 compartment clear containers (1,500 containers) - 700 cases of 3 compartment foam containers (140,000 containers) - 10 cases of 5" foam sandwich containers (5,000 containers) - 6 cases of 9x12 napkins (48,000 napkins) - 20 cases of straws (100,000 straws) - 4 cases of tooth picks (60,000 tooth picks) - 40 cases plastic spoons (40,000 spoons) - 396 cases of 24 oz foam cups (190,000 cups) - 1 case of bleach (6 96oz bottles) - 1 case of oven cleaner (6 24oz bottles) - 1 case of kitchen roll towels (30 paper towel rolls) - 1 case of brown roll towels (6 paper towel rolls) - 1 case of aprons (100 aprons) - 1 case of grill screens (400 screens) - 1 case of green scrub pads (80 pads) - 1 case of blue kitchen towels (150 towels) Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and the following addenda applies. Offerors shall submit their quote on letterhead stationery, provide unit prices with a grand total, and the contractor must remit a completed copy of the REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS located at FAR 52.212-3 unless registered in ORCA. FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The following additional FAR/DFAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to this acquisition: 52.204-7 52.204-9 52.212-4 52.222-50 52.223-3 52.223-5 252.204-7004 Alt A 252.223-7001 252.243-7001 THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ACCEPT INCOMPLETE PROPOSALS. Offers will be evaluated on the prices as offered. The Contracting Officer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the offer. If an offer cannot comply with every requirement, that offer will not be technically acceptable, and therefore will not be considered. Once an offer has been determined to be technically acceptable, and in compliance with all directions in this solicitation, the Government will award to the offeror with the lowest evaluated price. Offers received after this date and time will be considered as late submissions in accordance with 52.212-1(f) and will not be evaluated or considered.
