- Sole Source Justification **NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT** U. S. Customs and Border Protection intends to award a sole source contract to: Advantor Systems Corporation, 12612 Challenger Parkway, Ste 300, Orlando, Florida 32826 for security system maintenance of systems currently installed iin CBP offices throughout Puerto Rico. The work consists of performing routine maintenance, repairs, warranty services and field visits as needed to maintain the security systems. This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals to be used for consideration of future requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and an RFQ will not be issued, however, all proposals received by the closing date and time will be reviewed and used for future requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Any vendor who wishes to submit a proposal for future consideration should email their company's capabilities information to the attention of Mistelle Watkins no later than 12:00 noon EST, August 31, 2010 at Mistelle.watkins@dhs.gov. ONLY EMAIL RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED. **FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROJECT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS NOTICE UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS NOTICE, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE.**
