THE ARMY RESERVE CONTRACTING CENTER Fort Dix, NJ HAS A REQUIREMENT TO PROVIDE CUSTODIAL SERVICES FOR THE U.S. ARMY RESERVE CENTER, CHARLOTTE USARC #1, #2, and AMSA #122, BLDG 1300/1330/1324/1412, CHARLOTTE, NC 28205; DURHAM USARC #1, 1228 CARROLL STREET, DURHAM, NC 27707-1312; and EARL REEVES USAR CENTER, 1120 NORTH CHURCH STREET, GREENSBORO, NC 27401.. THIS SOLICITATION CONTAINS A PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT FOR A PERFORMANCE BASED SERVICE. THIS MEANS THE GOVERNMENT HAS DESCRIBED WHAT IS TO BE ACCOMPLISHED, NOT HOW TO ACCOMPLISH IT. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE DELIVERABLES AS DESCRIBED HEREIN. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO AWARD A FIRM FIXED PRICED CONTRACT CONSISTING OF A BASE PERIOD AND FOUR (4) ONE YEAR OPTIONS. (c) The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options under this clause, shall not exceed 60 months.
