- August 24, 2010 Vendor submitted Question and Government Answer below: 1. VENDOR QUESTION. Regarding consumable supplies...t/p, p/t...do you want these prices included with every line item - or - are you asking that all consumable supplies for all sites be added together and the cumulative price listed on line item #690? Also looking for a line item for Murrieta... 2. GOVERNMENT ANSWER. The solicitation is for a Performance Based solution to the Statement of Objectives (SOO) contained within the documentation provided. In that regard, please do not get too wrapped around the individual line items contained within the DD-1449 documentation, as your solution should include all locations currently posted and required, as well as all consumable supplies for same. We are looking for a "business partner" to provide us with the best solution to the SOO contained within the solicitation, working in conjunction with the Government to maintain the flexibility, professionalism, key personnel, and all assets necessary to complete the tasking required. Supplies must be included in your solution. The door is left wide-open for unique solutions that maintain all industry standards, including the plan for Quality Assurance and Accountability.
