- FISC San Diego Regional Contracting Department is announcing its intent to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) in support of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTWEST (FRC-SW), NORTH ISLAND, SAN DIEGO, CA 92135-7058, for the following: Provide preventive maintenance of the Thermo Electon Scientific NORAN EDS Microanalysis System and the MaxRay WDS Detector for the Carl Zeiss Ultra 55 SEM accordance with statement of work to: CLIN 1: MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT IAW STATEMENT OF WORK, PART NUMBER: 700p13550. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 01 OCTOBER 2010 - 30 SEPTEMBER 2011 CLIN 2: EDS SPECTROMETER, PART NUMBER: 9960-1SSS-SN, SERIAL NUMBER: 3799. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 01 OCTOBER 2010 - 30 SEPTEMBER 2011 CLIN 3: MAXRAY SPECTROMETER AND CONTROLLER, PART NUMBER: 700P135500, SERIAL NUMBER: 0900114. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 01 OCTOBER 2010 - 30 SEPTEMBER 2011 Inspection and acceptance will be performed at Destination by the cognizant Government representative. The Government intends to award a Single Award Firm Fixed Price contract for a base year and three (3) one year options.
