- The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) intend to award a sole source purchase order to MarkLogic Corporation, 999 Skyway Road, Suite 200, San Carlos CA 94070-2722 in the amount of $335,574.00 (one base year and (2) one-year options) for MarkLogic Software Maintenance renewal in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). This is not a solicitation nor will a solicitation be issued in regards to this announcement. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, MarkLogic Corporation is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the MarkLogic Server Enterprise Edition Application Specific, Test & Development Processors and Disconnected Workstation and therefore, only MarkLogic can provide maintenance for the MarkLogic Server product.
