- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Capitol HealthCare Network (VISN5), is soliciting proposals under Solicitation No. VA-245-10-RQ-0238 for the following: One firm fixed price contract will be awarded to provide the design, implementation and support required to develop an Enhanced Dining Service. The program shall be tailored to the needs of the VISN 5 Nutrition and Food Services (NFS) (includes Washington, DC, VA Maryland Health Care System (VAMHCS), and Martinsburg VAMCs). This program becomes and remains property of the VISN 5 NFS. The NAICS code is 722310. Size standard is $20.5 million. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB). All offerors must be registered at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/ and complete online Reps and Certs at https://orca.bpn.gov/. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any questions regarding the solicitation should be sent via e-mail and addressed to Ms. Donyale Smith, Contracting Officer, in writing at donyale.smith@va.gov. No questions will be addressed until the solicitation has been posted. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from the URL address at https://www.fbo.gov on or about August 27, 2010.
