- The Hawaii Army National Guard intends to award a Firm Fixed price purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Award will be made to Aloha Sports Properties for advertising at the Aloha stadium during 2010-2011 designated game season. Aloha Sports Properties is the only advertising company working with Aloha Stadium. Aloha stadium is the only major outdoor stadium in Hawaii. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
