- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The US Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) has a requirement to Procure Hotel / Lodging Services, Conference Facilities, Meals, and related conference support for approximately 312 personnel to attend the Tradewinds 2011 Initial Planning Conference (IPC) activities. Actual event dates are 13-17 SEP 2010 in Miami, Florida. Please see attachment for specific details.
