- The Naval EOD Technology Division has a requirement for six cold weather gear kits, breakdown below. Offers are due not later than 13:00, Wednesday, September 8, 2010 and must be submitted electronically to the attention of Lisa Simmons via email lisa.m.simmons@navy.mil. This award is a Commercial Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The following FAR provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors Items and 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items. Offerors must include a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, and furnish Federal Tax Identification Number, Cage Code, Central Contractor Registration Number, DUNS Number and applicable FSC codes with this offer. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items and 52.212-5, contract Terms and Conditions Required Implementing Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items apply to the acquisition.
