Description

Pre-solicitation notice/Synopsis Title will be: Water Management Decision Support Tool The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Division of Contracting and General Services plans to issue a Request for Proposal number (RFP) 20181RQ059, the RFP will be posted on or about August 20, 2010. This requirement is to provide a Water Management Tool that will perform the following tasks; (1.) Data Collection and Pre Processing, (2.) Construction/Data Population of Bosque Del Apache Decision Support Tool (BDADST), (3.) Calibration of the BDADST, (4.) Scenario Building, (5.) Training and (6.) Project Management for the Bosque Del Apache National Wildlife Refuge. This RFP will be advertised for contractors in the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 541330 - Engineering Services Contractors. When posted, all Statement of Work and Bid Schedule documents will be available for download via the National Business Center (NBC) website http://ideasec.nbc.gov/j2ee/login.jsp, use the quick search box to access the solicitation by number. Postings will also be linked to the NBC via the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov.
