- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z3510126AC01; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-43, effective date 02 Aug 2010; Defense DCN 20100820, effective date 20 Aug 2010; and AFAC 2010-0402 and CPM 10-C-08, 09, 11 & 12, effective date 20 Jul 2010. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335999. The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 5999. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3699. Travis AFB intends to award a purchase order for the following requirement: CLIN 0001: Handheld 1600 MHz cable, antenna, spectrum, interference, and P25/NXDN modulation analyzer with 12 to 34V variable bias tee, High accuracy power meter, Transmission measurement, Interference analysis, channel scanner, GPS receiver, iden signal analyzer, P25 transmit signal analyzer, P25 talk-out coverage measurements. Qty: 1 Each Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items: (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
