- Brand Name Justification for Mdocum Consoles Synopsis: The USDA Forest Service intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Moducom for upgrading all hardware and software components of the installed Moducom Consle Positions in Region 3, Gila National Forest. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No Solicitations documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored. However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must furnish information about its products and service, as well as references from other customers who are using these products and service, to the Contracting Officer within (2) calander days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to compley with the above requirements. Information must be set to the Contracting Officer - James Bailey, Forest Service Contracting, 333 Broadway Blvd, SE, Albuquerque, NM 87102 via fax to (505) 842-3177 or via email at jgbailey@fs.fed.us. Responses received will be evaluated however; a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discrestion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Forest Service will proceed with the Sole Source Negotatiation with Moducom.
