- Marine Corp Base Hawaii - Kaneohe Bay is soliciting for 65 Cases of Heavy Weight High Quality Paper. This requirement is being issued as a synopsis for commercial items in accordance with FAR 5.203, as supplemented with additional information included in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) M00318-10-T-0081. The contract type will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circulars are included in the solicitation. The proposed contract is Full and Open Competition without a set aside for small business manufactures. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 322121 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. The government prefers FOB: Destination pricing to Tracy, CA 95376-5000. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation close date of 30 Aug 2010, 9:00 am (HST). All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing, as soon as practicable, after receipt of solicitation. The Government reserves the right to answer pertinent questions after the cutoff date. No paper copies will be mailed. Failure to respond to this RFQ and associated amendments, if applicable, prior to the closing date and time established may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection.
