- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER: GSA SCHEDULE 899 - ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES Santa Paula Creek, Ventura County, CA. Santa Paula Creek Revegetation. Conduct a Biological Assessment Compliance: Harvest and planting of willow (Salix spp.) and mulefat (Baccharis salicifolia) cuttings adjacent to low flow channel to mimic approximate conditions prior to 2009 sediment removal activities. Re-vegetation of riparian strip along low flow channel banks using willow and Mulefat cuttings. Tasks include harvesting of cuttings, pre-planting preparation of cuttings, planting of cuttings, and associated meetings, including a kick-off meeting and after planting meeting.
