Description

The U.S. Geological Survey intends to make a non-competitive award to ISO-MASS SCIENTIFIC INC in ALBERTA, CANADA for 1 OI TOC INTERFACE, 1 TRAP AND PURGE FOR TOC INTERFACE, AND 1 TOP INTERFACE INSTALLATION AND TRAINING to be delivered to WOODS HOLE, MA 02543 by 12/20/2010. ISO-MASS SCIENTIFIC INC is the only known source for this requirement because they manufacture the only OI TOC INTERFACE that has the required capabilities for the Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometry. In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency, however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). E-mail response to bho@usgs.gov. The NAICS code is 334516 The anticipated award date of the contract is 8/23/2010. A vendor must be registered at http://www.ccr.gov to be awarded the contract. See Government-wide Numbered Note 22.
