Weapons Training Aids CENTCOM Contracting Command Contract Support Division - IZ Request for Quotation Solicitation Number: W915WE01965133 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Weapons Training Aids - W915WE01965133 Date: 23 August 2010 (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number W915WE01965132. Award will be made to the offeror who meets or exceeds the solicitation requirements and equipment specifications at the lowest price and deemed responsible in accordance with FAR 9.104. All information in this RFQ must be provided and must be proposed in US Dollar. Incomplete or late quotes will not be accepted unless it is in the best interests of the Government. Prices must be good for 30 days after offer submittal. Please respond to this RFQ by providing the following information via e-mail to faris.matti@iraq.centcom.mil no later than 02 SEP 2010, 1700 Eastern Daylight Savings Time. III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43, dated 02 August 2010. IV) This combined solicitation/synopsis is for the purchase of the following commercial items: (V) Description of requirement & salient characteristics is as follows: **All items must include a picture and description.** ALL ITEMS SHALL BE BRAND NEW. NO USED OR REFURBISH ITEMS SHALL BE ACCEPTED. PLEASE PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS, DETAILS, AND PHOTOGRAPH ON PROPOSED ITEMS. VI) Required delivery date is 15 October 2010 (or as specified by the bidder on the quotation) -Delivery shall be made to: USF-I, DCG- A&T, ITAM-Army Iraqi Army General Depot Command (GDC) Taji, Iraq APO AE 09378 VII) Offers will be evaluated based on the offeror who meets or exceeds the solicitation requirements and equipment salient characteristics at the lowest price. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical Capability - meeting all the Salient Characteristics, Price, and Delivery. Quotations submitted shall contain SOLICITATION NUMBER; NAME; ADDRESS; E-MAIL ADDRESS; TELEPHONE NUMBER OF VENDOR/OFFEROR; PROPOSED DATE OF DELIVERY, TERMS OF THE EXPRESSED WARRANTY; PRICE, ANY DISCOUNT TERMS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ALL SOLICITATION AMENDMENTS. Quotations shall also contain all other documentation specified herein. Quotations must indicate quantity, unit price and total amount for each item and a total amount of all items.
