- This is a Pre-Solicitation notice and is not a request for proposals. The US Army Corps of Engineers requires base material to construct a road near the area of Toe Ditch close to Herbert Hoover Dike. The requirement is for the materials and delivery of the materials to a predefined Delivery Schedule in varying amounts according to the schedule. The requirement, under NAICS code 212312 Crushed or Broken Limestone Mining and Quarrying, is for road building materials consisting of Lime Rock, #4 Crushed Stone and Silica to facilitate road works on or about 30 September 2010 This is a HUBZone set-aside and the procurement will use Simplified Acquisition procedures.
