- This solicitation is being issued as unrestricted. The solicitation is for Vacuum Cleaner Upright (CED 2G00-A) and Vacuum Cleaner Wet/Dry (CED 2G00-B) for use by Defense Commissary Agency commissaries stores through the continental United States and overseas locations. However, for overseas stores, the Contractor is responsible for preparation for overseas shipment and delivery to the port. A Firm Fixed Price Contract is contemplated. The RFP will be posted on the FedBizOpps at www.fedbizopps.gov. Offerors may obtain a copy of the solicitation at this site. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the above agency. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Further information about registration may be found on the Internet at www.ccr.com.
