- The U.S. Government is currently seeking to lease 5,635 rentable square feet of space, yielding a minimum of 4,900 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet to a maximum of 5,047 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Paducah, KY within the following delineated area listed below: DELINEATED AREA: North - Buckner Lane South - Lone Oak Road East - Highway 24 West - Friendship Road REQUIRED: Twenty-five (25) surface, reserved parking spaces are required on-site. Space must be located in contiguous blocks and in an office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. The site must be located outside the 100-year flood plain. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The Government does not accept sub-leases. LEASE TERM: Term is for 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after 5 years.
