- This is an annual synopsis of repair basic ordering agreement (BOA) N00104-09-G-A756 with Curtiss-Wright Electro-Mechanical Corp, Electro-Mechanical Division, Cheswick, PA (CAGE 04808) and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis for all repair orders issued by the NAVICP for the period of 2010 July 20 thru 2011 July 20 for the evaluation and repair of Secondary Propulsion Unit, NSN 2S 6105-01-436-5751, P/N 4D96101 and NSN 2S 1005-01-516-6151, P/N 4D99141. Curtiss-Wright is the only known source to possess full repair capability. Complete data, drawings and the rights to the same are not available from the Government. Individual orders exceeding $25,000.00 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.3. Orders issued under this BOA and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 USC(c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess the data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVICP solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternative Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
