- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial products: All materials and labor necessary to provide a turn key video surveillance system, to include but not limited to: 0001 - 6 Each, Panasonic indoor simple day/nite fixed minidome camera w/ 2.8-8 verifocal lens, 480 TVL, WV-CF294 or equal. 0002 - 1 Each, Kalatel Storesafe Pro 10-Channel color triplex multiplexer-recorder w/320GB HDD, CD-RW, Ethernet Pro II, SDVR-10PII,-320 or equal. 0003 - 1 Each, 8 Camera power supply, AX-ALTV248UL or equal 0004 - 1 Each, DVR Lockbox 21" x 21" x 8" w/ Cooling Fan, DQ-21-21-8 or equal 0005 - 1 Each, Vertical Bracket for DVR Lockbox, DQ-VWB, or equal 0006 - 1 Each, Wall Mount Cabinet 0007 - 1 Lot, Wire and Cable 0008 - 1 Lot, Miscellaneous installation materials and hardware 0009 - Installation, setup, and programming FOB: Destination for delivery to 4890 S Wickenburg Ave Bldg 7507, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707-7325. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ FA4877-10-Q-0659. This procurement is being issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industrial Classification Standard 423610, Size Standard, 100 Employees, applies to this procurement.IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition, all listed by reference in accordance with FAR 52.252-2, Clauses Incorporated by Reference; FAR 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions Included by Reference(http://farsite.hill.af.mil/vffara.htm) : The provision at 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal The provision at FAR 52.247-37 FOB Destination The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this solicitiation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement; (ii) price; The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Alt. 1, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal.
