- Statement of Work for Telephone-Based Nurse Triage at Offutt AFB, NE This is a Sources Sought announcement only. This synopsis is issued for the sole purpose of the 55th Contracting Squadron to conduct Market Research in accordance with FAR Part 10. This RFI is not a commercial solicitation per FAR Part 12. This synopsis neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. This Sources Sought should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. Any information submitted by respondents to this sources sought is strictly voluntary and any offer submitted by such a firm will be evaluated without prejudice. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to this sources sought. Offerors should indicate their intent to submit a proposal if a Request for Proposal is issued. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, materials, equipment, and services for providing a toll-free, telephone-based nurse triage service to the 55th Medical Group, Offutt AFB, Nebraska. The Nurse Triage Service will provide clinical assessment and appropriate level of care support services for TRICARE Prime enrollees. Following nationally recognized and physician approved clinical protocols and guidelines for symptom based calls, the service will record each individual patient call documenting all information regarding complaint/concern, assessments, resolution, and/or disposition for the patient's primary care manager team. Call information shall be sent electronically or faxed to the MTF daily. Please see attached Statement of Work for the complete requirement description.
