- The following notice is a Sources Sought IAW FAR 19.202-2. This is the information gathering stage of the Market Research process. The Government is attempting to find prospective Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and/or Veteran Owned Small Business contractor/vendors who may be interested in competing for a Firm Fixed Price one time purchase of Infinity XR2 Skull Clamp at the New Mexico Veterans Affairs Health Care System (NMVAHCS). The NMVAHCS will use the information gathered from this sources sought to determine the availability for commercial purchase for the Albuquerque, New Mexico area, and to also develop a potential bidders list. Scope of Work: The Contractor/Vendor shall supply the following items for One-time purchase for the NMVAMC: NomenclatureQTYUNIT Infinity XR2 Base Unit1EA Infinity XR2 Skull Clamp (includes: Adult Rocker Assembly)1EA Radiolucent Horseshoe Headrest1EA After review of the responses to this sources sought notice, a solicitation announcement will be published in the Federal Business Opportunities website: www.FEDBIZOPS.gov/ at a future date. Responses to this notice must include the following information: Company name, Address, Point of Contact, and capability to provide items for Consignment. Please respond to the following questions: -Can your firm provide initial inventory of all items listed to be place at the facility in the agreed upon storage location within 10 days of award? -Can your firm ensure replenishment items arrive within 48 hours after use? -Does your company have a GSA contract with these items listed? -Please provide GSA contract number and expiration date. -Is your business a large or small business? -Is your business SDVOSB? -Is your business VOSB?
