- REQUEST FOR QUOTE THIS REQUEST IS SOLICITED AS ADVERTISE ONLY. Funds are not presently available for this requirement. The Governments obligation under this requirement is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which contract award can be made. *** To be considered, quotes must be valid through 30 September 2010. *** Award can only be made to a contractor that is registered in Central Contractor Registration http://www.ccr.gov. Awardee must invoice through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF), an online invoicing system https://wawf.eb.mil/ after completion. Offerors are required to complete the online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov. Please provide a quote for the items on the attached Bid Schedule. Please quote FOB destination. Warranty information must be provided. Specify delivery time as ____ days after award. Submit your quote via Email to 127wg.contractomb@ang.af.mil AND A COPY TO marian.alviar@ang.af.mil. Your earliest response would be appreciated; however, please reply no later than 3:00 P.M. on 2 September 2010. 30 ft x 100 ft A-frame steel covered storage. 30 ft ends need to be closed for better support and weather conditions. 100 ft sides need to be open for ease of access to powered and non-powered equipment. Sides need to have a minimum of 10 ft clearance. Closed ends and roof need to be made of at least 28 gauge metal for support and durability. Shelter to be delivered and assembled on asphalt.
