- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement a set-aside for small business only. The NAICs Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 333120, Standard Size 750 employees. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43 effective 2 Aug 10. The Government intends to award: Contract line items numbers (CLIN) 0001 R-BOSS-6 FOD Boss Replacement Mats with attachments QUANTITY: 1 UNIT OF MEASURE: EA DELIVERY 30 Days ARO DESTINATION. Inspection and acceptance: DESTINATION. FAR 52.204-7, Central Contracting Registry; FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; In accordance with the FAR 13.106(a)(2) offerors are notified that award will be made on the basis of price. Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items (all offerors shall include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal); FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items.
