- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Beckley WV, (VAMC Beckley) is seeking potential sources to provide radiation oncology therapy at the contractors facility. Contractors facility must be located with a 50 mile radius of the VA Medical Center, Beckley which includes but it not limited to: Kanawha, Greenbrier, Raleigh and Mercer counties. Contractors staff at a minimum will consist of one full-time board certified/board eligible radiation oncologist, one full-time radiation physicist certified by the American board of radiology in either radiological physics or therapeutic radiological physics, OR a current contract with a radiation physicist certified by the American Board of radiology in either radiological physics or therapeutic radiological physics. Contract with radiation physicist must be no less than 1,040 hrs per year at the contractors facility. A complete statement of work will be included in the solicitation package. This is a sources sought notice only. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Responses to the notice shall include the following: Name and address of company, business size (large or small); identify whether or not the firm falls into any socioeconomic categories.
