- This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 9,521 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 8,480 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and 25 surface parking spaces using Full and Open Competition, lowest priced technically acceptable practices for a new lease for the United States Geological Survey. The lease has been awarded to the Cheyenne Flex Building, located at 521 Progress Circle, Cheyenne, Wy 82007 Commencing July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2031, the U.S. Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $213,187 for a fully serviced lease at the rate of $17,765.58 per month. Said rent shall consist of a shell rental in the amount of $122,059.22 annually and an operating rent of $42,463.66. The lease terms are set at 240 month/120 months firm. GSA may terminate this lease after July 1, 2021 with 90 days written notice to the Lessor.
