Box 2000, 12953 South Minuteman Drive, Draper, UT 84020-2000 SOLICITATION NUMBER: W91J0W-0230-0402 POC: Linda Duvall, Contracting Officer, (801)432-4091 SUBJECT: Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, it is the Governments intent to award a sole source to the Utah Blaze, 801 South Pleasant Grove Blvd, Pleasant Grove, Utah 84062 for Advertising. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If not written responses are received within fifteen (15) days of the publication of this solicitation, the purchase will be awarded without further notice. Contract Period of Performance 15 September 2010 14 September 2011. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
