- The purpose of this modification to the previous presolicitation notice posted on 20 August 2010 is to correct the anticipated pre-proposal/ industry day and site visit. The last paragraph of the previous presolicitation notice is changed as follows: From: The CHCC anticipates the solicitation/request for proposal (RFP) will be available approximately 30 days from the date of this notice and the closing date is anticipated as 30 days from the release of the solicitation. A pre-proposal/industry day and site visit is anticipated for 21 - 23 September 2011. The draft Performance Work Statement is included in this presolicitation notice for industry comment and feedback. This requirement will be awarded using the procedures set forth under FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation.
