Description

FISC Norfolk Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to solicit on a sole source basis, with Ixia Inc. and/or their authorized dealers/distributors, for OptiIxia XM2 System, as described below, in support of the USJFCOM, Suffolk, VA. The estimated delivery to be made 30 days after date of award. A firm fixed price purchase order is the expected result from this acquisition effort. This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This request for quote (RFQ) N00189-10-Q-2553 is the only written solicitation, which will be issued, unless amended. The NAICS code is 334111.
